Connect with Bei Dou.
Fan Lao Huan Tong is achieved.
Kidneys shine blue light.
Ancient Taoists committed themselves to intensive daily spiritual practice to develop their light bodies in order to live long lives and, for the most proficient, achieve immortality . Peng Zu is one example of a legendary Taoist adept whose Xiu Lian Purification practices enabled him to live for 880 years.
Taoists consider the seven sacred stars that comprise the Northern (Big) Dipper to be the most important asterism in the heavens above Mother Earth. The practice of bugang — walking and tracing the path of the seven stars — is one of the most important practices to connect with heaven and return to Tao.
Master Sha teaches: Fan Lao Huan Tong — return old age to the health and purity of a baby. When we are diligent and dedicated in our daily Xiu Lian practice, we can halt and then reverse the process of bodily aging which limits the lifespan of most human beings to less than 100 years.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the water element is associated with the kidneys. Fan Lao Huan Tong practice heals our kidneys which provide spiritual nourishment for the spinal column, brain, and third eye while shining bright blue light.
On a polluted Mother Earth, it is sometimes difficult to view the Northern Dipper and connect our souls to the sacred celestial bodies in the night sky. Yet above the bright lights of our cities and the layers of murky smog obscuring our view, the Dipper shines it's light continuously and without fail.
